Our Personal Recovery Coordinators - PRC™ are trained to see things from a customer perspective. They’re committed to truly determining what our customers need in times of loss, and to providing the best possible solutions. We’re concerned about more than just financial compensation.  We always ask ourselves, “What else can we do to help? What other needs do our customers have? Can we help get your children to school? Do you have a place to stay while repairs are being made?”  Our Personal Recovery Coordinators discover what is needed to ease the burden of loss so lives aren’t so drastically affected. They’re dedicated to caring for the whole person.
